Getting Started

The information you provide on this application will be shared with all participating Department of Social Services funded child care programs in Solano County.

Before you start, please have all the information about yourself (parent/legal guardian), the second parent, and your children handy.
The application has 4 parts:

  1. Applicant Information
  2. Need For Care (School/Employment)
  3. Income Information
  4. Child(ren) Information

To begin your application, please create a free account. We will email you a temporary password that will allow you to complete the application online.

If you do not have an email account, you can obtain one free of charge from Microsoft Hotmail or Google Mail. Once you have opened an email account, return to this page to create an account with us and complete the online application.
